25th Victorian Premier’s Awards for Health and Medical Research

Applications are now open for the 25th Victorian Premier’s Awards for Health and Medical Research which will be presented on 25 March 2019 at Deakin Edge, Federation Square.

Since 1995, the Premier’s Awards have been awarded annually in partnership with the Australian Society for Medical Research, to recognise the exceptional contributions made by early career health and medical researchers in their PhD studies.  Applications close August 27th 2018

The Awards are a joint initiative of the Victorian Government and the Australian Society for Medical Research.

Science Lands in Parliament

Abstracts are now open for Science Lands in Parliament, a unique opportunity to showcase your research to WA Parliamentarians.

This event, hosted by the Hon. Roger Cook MLA, Minister for Health and Mental Health, is in the Aboriginal People’s Gallery, Parliament House of Western Australia.

If you are scientifically or clinically qualified, 5-15 years post-PhD or equivalent (awarded 2004-2016) and conduct medically-related research in Western Australia, you are invited to submit an abstract for this event.

There is no registration fee.
