WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING?
Researchers and clinicians from all disciplines with an interest in health and medical research are encouraged to attend. The research covered will be much broader than other meetings given the unique focus of this meeting. It will be an incubator for professional development, networking and showcasing of research.
Student, early to mid-career researchers are particularly encouraged to attend to the professional development workshops. Students most particularly are encouraged to attend the networking and mentoring breakfast.
IS ASMR MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
No, but we would encourage you to become a member. Membership also entitles you to be eligible for PRIZES! Why not become an ASMR Member and enjoy membership prices to the conference too, along with the many other benefits that membership brings.
WHEN WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT PROGRAMING DECISIONS?
Notification will be sent after the expiry of deadlines and will include specific presentation instructions. The complete program will be available online.
WILL MY ABSTRACT BE PUBLISHED ONLINE?
A couple of weeks before the meeting, the final program will be published to this online.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO THE SOCIAL FUNCTION?
This is an optional extra. If you wish to attend you should tick the box during the registration process – Not applicable 2020
CAN I BRING EXTRA GUESTS TO SOCIAL EVENTS?
Additional tickets can be purchased for social events, up until the day of the event unless sold out – Not applicable 2020
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?
During the conference, smart casual attire is fine.
