The ASMR MRW® Hunter Region Satellite Scientific Meeting will be held on Friday, 18 October 2024

The ASMR Newcastle Committee invites you to join in this full day meeting, packed with plenary talks, oral and poster presentations and trade displays. Meeting attendees include clinical and laboratory based researchers from universities, hospitals and research institutes within the Hunter Region and beyond!

The meeting also offers awards for ASMR member-presenters at different career stages, with ECRs and PhD candidates automatically considered for most awards.

The Instructions for Authors will be posted here once registrations open in August.

ASMR Medical Research Week® 2024

21 – 28 October

In 2024, ASMR Medical Research Week® events will include:

• ASMR Gala Dinner in Sydney on Wednesday 23 October, featuring the 2024 ASMR Medallist – Newcastle’s own Professor Matt Dun;
• ASMR MRW® Online High School Science Quiz; and
• ASMR MRW® High School Careers Evening.
